The Marshall Student Council is about helping within the school and the Janesville community. Student Council develops leadership skills and sponsors fun, school-wide and community building projects and activities. To accomplish this, there are four officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and a student body council comprised of representatives and alternates from each advisory group. Formal meetings are held twice a month.
Below is a list of projects and activities which the Student Council organizes:
- Farmer's Day Dance
- Thanksgiving Collection for ECHO
- Santa's Secret Helpers Project
- Valentine's Dance
- Penny Wars Competition (proceeds going to the ALS Foundation)
- Pop Tab Collection Contest (benefits going to the Ronald McDonald House)
